Fruchtman’s Groceries & Jacob Milner’s Murder

In 1926 this store was owned by Jacob Milner, who was the unfortunate victim of a murder and found dead in his store. The photos below were taken soon after this event.

    I’m Jacob Milner’s great grand-daughter. My Father never spoke of the murder of his grandfather and I only learned about it through the account in Simma Holt’s book, “Memoirs of a Loose Cannon.”
